What we collect.
Camera and documents
The app uses your camera to scan documents and creates PDFs on your phone. Your scans and PDFs stay on your phone. We do not upload them anywhere.
Usage and device information
We use Firebase Analytics to collect how the app is used and basic device information such as device model, Android version and app version.
Advertising information
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID and similar information to show and measure ads.
Ads.
Waraq Scanner shows ads through Google AdMob. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings, then Google, then Ads).
Sign-in.
Waraq Scanner may add an optional sign-in in the future. If that happens, we will update this policy before it is released.
Sharing.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the Google services named above (Firebase and, where stated, Google AdMob and Google Sign-In), which process it under the Google Privacy Policy.
Children.
Waraq Scanner is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices.
You can uninstall the app at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your data deleted, email madeby@waleedkhan.agency.
