Waraq Scanner keeps everything on your phone, so most answers are about that. If yours isn’t here, email us and we’ll help.
Contact us.
Email madeby@waleedkhan.agency and include:
- what happened and what you expected;
- your phone model and Android version;
- the app version (shown in the app’s Settings or on its Google Play page).
Please don’t attach scans that contain private information.
Where are my scans stored?
Only on your phone, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded, and the app has no internet permission.
Can I get my scans back after uninstalling or changing phones?
No. Because nothing is stored online, uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes your scans for good. Before you uninstall or switch phones, use the app’s backup option to save your documents as PDFs, or share them to a place you trust.
How do I share or save a PDF?
Open a document, then choose Share to send it through any app on your phone, or save it to Downloads or a folder you pick. You can choose Original, Medium or Small file size before sharing.
The scanner doesn’t open.
The scanner is provided by Google Play services. Update Google Play services and the Play Store from the Play Store’s settings, restart your phone and try again. If it still fails, email us with your phone model and Android version.
How do I delete everything?
Delete documents inside the app, or open Android Settings, then Apps, then Waraq Scanner, then Storage, and clear the data. Uninstalling the app removes everything too.
